We loved rooms with a jacuzzi. All of the staff members were extremely responsive and very friendly.

Loved a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a fridge in the room. The location of the property was stunning and magnificent as we were right by sightseeing and the other end of town and the parkway. And it's not very far from Geno's Pizza, ate there once or twice.

The peaceful area for walking dogs was a bonus, and the nearby landmarks like TopJump Trampoline & Extreme Arena and Patriot Park added to our family bonding experience.

Wonderful and peaceful place to stay whilst in Pigeon Forge. A nice size and huge rooms with balcony and ease of use, as for instance, clean pool. Extremely responsive employees with nice manners.

The location of this hotel was perfect for our group of friends. It was not too far from all the attractions, but also tucked away by the river, providing a peaceful and private setting. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast options, including cereal, waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits, and gravy. The view from the balcony was great, and we loved being able to listen to the river.

There was an issue with pigeons and ducks being fed off the balconies, leading to some unwanted bird encounters in the morning.

The room was bright with a bathroom accessible for a wheelchair and the staff was exceptional. Besides, the location was absolutely perfect for our stay, within 25 minutes' walk of Tennessee Shine co Distillery.

I recently stayed at Twin Mountain Inn & Suites in Pigeon Forge for a business trip, and I was impressed by the seasonal outdoor pool. It was the perfect way to unwind after a long day of meetings. The pool is open from May through September, which ensured that I had the opportunity to take a relaxing dip during my stay. The serene atmosphere and well-maintained pool area made my stay even more enjoyable.

Breakfast, eggs, sausage, and gravy were not very good.

The staff were accommodating, you should know it. I loved the spotless room with a decent sized fridge as well as ease of use. The room was reasonably priced.
